Reposting is totally fine as long as my signature is visible and I'm properly credited! You DO NOT need to tag me when you post your commission, but it is appreciated if you do!

All of my payments will be via KoFi in USD ONLY.

Commissions take time. Be patient with me and give me space to work.

Intentionally breaking these TOS will result in a permanent blacklist.

I can change these terms whenever I see fit.

Turn-around time varies greatly depending on my schedule and mental state. I've been struggling a lot lately, so please be patient and kind.

I will aim to provide a sketch for approval within the first week of ordering. Once this has been approved, I will continue to lining/flat colors - which I will send again for final approval before finishing.

By commissioning me, you agree that I can use your art piece as an example in future advertising. If you aren't comfortable with that, let me know and I'll keep it private!

I am always happy to fix mistakes at any stage of the commission within reason. Just ask me nicely and I'll get it done as soon as I can.

Make absolutely sure that you have your commission saved to your computer or device once I send it to you. I cannot guarantee that I will keep it on mine forever.

I WILL NOT create 18+ images or artwork for anyone underage.

If you do not have your age listed in your bio on any of your social media or inform me beforehand (even if it's just 20+ or something similar) I will not create NSFW art for you.

I am open to mild to extreme NSFW commissions, but I do have limits. Please ask me about fetishes you may want to include.

Under no circumstances will I EVER take an NSFW commission depicting harmful/hateful/gross themes such as p*edophilia, bestiality, racism, etc.

You do not need to notify me when you trade/sell a design.

If you win an OTA/Auction with USD, payment must be sent within 48 hours or the design will go back up for sale/offers.

Once a design is yours, you are free to edit it in any way as much as you like as long as the original image is unedited and I receive proper credit

I usually only do customs with a lot of artistic freedom based on loose guidelines. If you want a nitpicky custom, then I'm probably not the designer for you (sorry).

I will not "revoke" my designs, but I will not sell to blacklisted people.
